Terms and conditions
We operate a platform to help homemade cooks present their signature homemade dishes to customers who love the taste of different dishes from all around the world. we have terms and conditions to protect your rights and business.
After registering the orders, MeetMeals starts processing and sending your order to the Chefs. Meanwhile, the customer will receive a notification. This notification doesn't mean the order has been accepted; it only means MeetMeals has received your order.
Order registration and the confirmation by the Chefs, only mean booking. By making a reservation, the customer undertakes to be at the Chef’s location at the reserved time and deliver their order. If the customer won’t be present at the reserved time, MeetMeals and the Chefs are no longer responsible for delivering the order. Also, the Chef undertakes to give the customer's order at the right time and place. Currently, MeetMeals doesn't have any online delivery services.
The customer and the Chef have full authority to cancel the order. Customers can cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, the ordering process will be finalized and the customer will charge the cost.
If the customer has an allergy to a certain kind of ingredient, they can call the Chef and ask about the ingredients used for the ordered dish. If there is a problem due to food allergy, MeetMeals won't be responsible. It is also possible for the customers to choose the Chef based on cooking style, food origin, etc. 
If any Chef is out of ingredients, they can cancel the order up to 2 hours before the delivery time.
If the customer has activated "receiving notifications" from MeetMeals, a canceling notification will be sent by the Chefs.
MeetMeals is only responsible for providing the conditions for customers and Chefs. Producing the food, packaging, selling, delivery, etc. are not a part of MeetMeals’ responsibilities. There is no contractual relationship between MeetMeals and the customers. It means we don't take responsibility for products and the agreement between the customer and the Chef.
MeetMeals is not responsible for any financial issues, internet fraud, wrong payment information, etc.
By accepting the MeetMeals terms and conditions, the customers will agree to receive all notifications via email or text message.
The cook is responsible for the correctness of the product's information. In case the information on the website differs from the product features, delivery time, location, etc. MeetMeals won't be responsible for further issues.
If the customer allows the MeetMeals app to use location, a list of stores that are near to the customer's location, will be displayed. After selecting the food and the Chef, the customer can finalize the order.
The customer can download the MeetMeals application and website information. But is not allowed to abuse information and perform illegal actions such as hacking, scraping, etc. If any of these activities will happen, legal actions will be taken.
MeetMeals users are not allowed to make any attempt to extract the source code of the website, decompile, reverse engineer, use API, etc. Unless MeetMeals gives permission.
The customer is only allowed to use platform materials for commercial purposes if it has been approved by MeetMeals.
Currently, the user can't charge the online wallet. But if the order is canceled by the user or Chef, paid money will be charged to the wallet for the next purchase.
The official purchase invoice (receipt) will be available at the bottom of the application page or in the orders section. The customer must show it to the store to receive the order.
After selecting the order, the user can pay through the banking portals associated with the application. There is no other way to pay for the order.
